Any event, large or small requires a certain amount of pre planning and organisation and a key person on site with knowledge of the job.

You may want to engage the services of a Production Manager. Their job is as a go between, to liaise with the "client", be they a producer, production company or a person in a company tasked with arranging an event and the suppliers. The suppliers can be an AV hire company or set builders or the venue, to name a few.

Because Digital Design & Media can deal with many aspects of a live event, the project management, particularly pre production, can be streamlined and kept very efficient.

For example. Initial concepts, plans and visuals are done in house. There is no need to keep going back to designers to ammend and change drawings and designs. We deal with the equipment, so if a specification changes the ammendments are made instantly, there is no need to ask the AV supplier for another quote. In fact, unless things change dramatically, as our AV quotes are guaranteed, the price will always stay the same. After all, we were responsible for the specification in the first place. Why should you bear the cost of a mistake made by the production manager.

If we are engaged in all aspects of the event, covered within the companies scope and the Audio visual equipment is hired from us, pre production is free*.
