Any event, large or small, requires a certain amount of pre-planning and organisation with a key person, with knowledge of the job, on site.
You may want to engage the services of a Production Manager. Their job is as a go-between; to liaise with the "client". Be they a producer, production company or a person in a company tasked with arranging an event and the suppliers. The suppliers can be an AV hire company, set builders or the venue to name a few.
Because Digital Design & Media can deal with many aspects of a live event; the project management and pre-production, in particular can be streamlined and kept very efficient.
For example: initial concepts, plans and visuals are done in house. There is no need to keep going back to the designers to ammend drawings and designs. We deal with the equipment, so if a specification changes, the ammendments are made instantly. There is no need to ask the AV supplier for another quote. In fact, unless things change dramatically (as our AV quotes are guaranteed), the price will always stay the same.
