Scale CAD layouts are essential for testing room size for audience numbers.
The software we use enables us to create accurate scale drawings for your event. All the work is in 3D so Plan, elevation and isometric views can be saved as required. Dinner table layouts, sightline issues and labels set drawings are all ways in which the software is invaluable to the events planner.

Before even a site survey of the venue has been done, information from the venues website is enough to generate a 3D virtual model of the space. The set design can be dropped in and the audience seating is added. The result is a virtual representation of the event set up. Sightline and lighting issues are visualised and checked from any angle. We can see if there is ample room for the delegates and what the impact would be if numbers went up and will fire exits be blocked.
3D models can be produced from pre existing 2D plans, whether they are in electronic or printed format. Once created, not only with the 3D information be more usefull as described above, but forms the data to create photo realistic visuals to present to your client or discuss with your team.
